Park-Ohio Names Executive to Head Operating Unit |
CLEVELAND, March 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Park-Ohio (Nasdaq: PKOH) announced today that Joe Cestari has joined the company as president of ILS Technology, a subsidiary of the ILS operating unit. ILS Technology, headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, is a highly specialized, technology-driven company offering software based factory floor connectivity and supply chain solutions to the company's ILS logistics segment as well as its diversified manufacturing customer base.

Throughout his career, Cestari has gained a fundamental knowledge of the entire semiconductor marketplace, including device design, process and equipment engineering, advanced technology development and OEM supply chain management.
Cestari served most recently as executive vice president and previously as senior vice president and general manager of Kinetic Systems, a provider of capital equipment and critical process infrastructure solutions for semiconductor and other regulated industries. Earlier, he was president of a joint venture between Kinetics Electronics and Air Products and Chemicals and also held management and technical positions with Kinetics Electronics, Applied Materials, Tylan General and Advanced Micro Devices. He earned a bachelor of science degree in computer engineering from Baylor University and has completed graduate studies in international business and the management of technology.
Park-Ohio is a leading provider of supply chain logistics services and a manufacturer of highly engineered products for industrial original equipment manufacturers.
